Note: Eagles Cove management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time.

- Checkout time for daily/weekly campers is 1:00 p.m.
- Quiet time runs from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- All persons under the age of 18 must be on their site by 10:00 p.m.
- All campers are to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of others while on the premises.
- Loud and boisterous conduct will not be tolerated.
- Please confine the consumption of all alcoholic beverages to your site.
- Guests of seasonal campers are free to visit provided the host seasonal camper is present.
- There is a maximum of 8 guests at any time per site.
- Visiting guests are the sole responsibility of their host camper and are expected to follow all resort rules and regulations.
- The host camper assumes all liability for his/her guest(s).
- 10 MPH speed limit in effect inside the resort for all vehicles including but not limited to:
- Cars
- Trucks
- Motorcycles
- Electric Bicycles
- Electric Scooters
- Golf Carts
- No joyriding.
- All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) are not permitted.
- Trash must be contained in plastic bags and placed in one of the appropriate dumpsters located near the office.
- Yard waste must be contained in paper bags only and placed in the blue trailer located near the trash dumpsters.
- The trailer is clearly marked with a sign that reads Yard Waste.
- Donated returnable bottles and cans can be placed in the appropriate bins located near the trash dumpsters.
- Proceeds go toward various campground projects.
- Sites must be well-groomed and maintained, including lawncare.
- Seasonal campers must mow their lawn, or make arrangements to have it mowed in the event they are absent for an extended period of time.
- If the lawn is not maintained, Eagles Cove will mow and trim at a cost to the camper of $60.00.
- Appliances are not permitted outside your camper.
- Cart port covers are not permitted.
- Campfires are permitted in designated firepits only.
- They must not be left unattended.
- Eagles Cove management reserves the right to request a fire be extinguished if it is believed the fire poses a danger or nuisance to others.
- Any landscaping, gardening, deck, and shed projects must be approved by Eagles Cove management before implementation.
- This is to ensure your site’s buried utility cables/connections are not disturbed.
- Sheds must be constructed from resin-based materials.
- Maximum size is 8 ft. by 8 ft.
- Pavilions must be pre-manufactured (no home built).
- Maximum size is 11 ft. by 16 ft.
- Storage of utility trailers, etc. on your site is not permitted.

- Seasonal sites may not be reserved for recreational vehicles over 10 years of age.
- Existing seasonal site holders whose recreational vehicle becomes 10 years old may stay.
- However, they may not be transferred to another party including relatives and friends.
- Eagles Cove management reserves the right to decline a seasonal site for requests
involving any recreational vehicle which is in poor condition regardless of age.

- Pets are allowed, provided they are:
- Kept on a leash
- Picked up after
- Not left unattended
- Pet owners may be asked to remove their pet(s) if their pet(s) become loud and unruly.
- Pet(s) are not allowed in the beach area (pets have their own beach).
- Premanufactured barrier fence panels with a maximum height of 40 in. can be used on your site
(contact the camp office for height variance if you have a large pet).- Farm or wood fencing is not permitted.

- All golf carts must have liability insurance.
- 10 MPH speed limit applies to all golf carts.
- Only those holding a valid driver’s license are permitted to operate golf carts.
- Golf carts must be operated in the same fashion as cars and trucks.
- Operate your golf cart in a safe and responsible manner.
- Occupants must always remain seated during operation.
- Headlights and taillights must be used if driving after dark.
- Eagles Cove management requests you put your site number on your golf cart.

- No lifeguard on duty.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Swimming after dark is not permitted.
- Swimming is allowed within the designated beach area only.
- Swimming off your site lot is not permitted.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
- All guests must be accompanied by their host camper regardless of age.
- Floating islands and rafts outside the designated swim area are not permitted.

- No more than 2 boats allowed per site.
- Electric motors only.
- All Michigan Boating Rules and Regulations must be followed.
- All watercraft must be equipped with one of the following for each occupant:
- Personal flotation device (PFD)
- Life jacket
- For watercraft 16 ft. or longer must also be equipped with at least one USCG–approved throwable device.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket.
- Swimming from boats is not permitted.
- Boat ramps are permitted.
- Ramps must be made from aluminum materials.
- Maximum ramp size is 4 ft. wide by 10 ft. long.
- Feet for the ramp must be placed no more than 1 ft. from the shoreline.
- Boat docks are not permitted.
- Storage of boat trailers on your site is not permitted.
- Kayakers, and people using paddle boats and paddle boards, must wear a life jacket.
